The client is a leading information services and analytics company based in London, in the United Kingdom. It operates in four key market segments: in scientific, technical and medical publishing; in risk and business analytics; legal; and exhibitions.

Scope of Engagement

We engaged over a range of business requirements to facilitate their digital business journey. From digitization of content, creating content websites and portlets, to supporting digital communication and marketing efforts, to building and executing campaigns and reporting.

As part of this strategic transformation effort, we built a specific campaign management solution to underpin their digital marketing efforts. The campaign management program was extensively delivered by us.

Business requirements covered included, Campaigns design (from ideations, technology, content curation and engagement/execution). Analysis and reporting of results.

Our Approach

We evaluated client requirements and recommended an agile, focussed to target audience and multi-point interaction approach covering mobile apps, websites/portals, emails and medical/scientific sites.

We implemented end to end backend content solutions to support the customized presentation of relevant messaging to various frontends such as mobile apps, websites and delivered continuing services in the execution of campaigns, analysis of results/reports and the ongoing tweaking and content curation, improvements etc.

Solution (Technology & Services) Overview

The solution required creation of various mobile apps and online sites, backend content systems, integrations with other services/apps and leveraged multiple technologies and services.

We built and deployed various applications and services over multiple iterations. Basic features were put together first and then more were added over multiple iterations. Logiquebrain designed, developed and deployed an end to end online solution for campaign management covering multiple mobile apps, primary services delivered covered, mobile application development, integration to backend systems through APIs, mobile testing (manual and automated) and cloud deployment.

We supported the roll out of the campaigns through regular analytics/reports and analysis for course correction. Over a reasonable period of time the data analysis requirements required further solution development and apps.

Solution technology architecture was based on Java MVP frameworks, use of open source tools and leveraged native iOS and Android solutions for frontends.
